REINVENTING THE WAY YOU EAT HUMMUS

Our journey began in 2017 when we decided to bring our hummus hub concept to North America. As we built the foundation and brand of Balila, we concentrated on modernizing the way people thought of hummus and ate hummus. 

When we opened in early 2018, we created the largest hummus plate in Canada to introduce people to our gem. This 27 feet plate of chickpea based dip brought local interest from media and a line out our doors in Gastown.

We continue to bridge middle eastern cuisine with the world through the spectacular taste and quality of our food and have been listed as one of nine new restaurants Vancouverites should visit in 2018.
